This session builds on the previous one. If Understanding Agency explains what agency is, Agency in Action shows how to use it to shape one’s career. Students explore how to align their goals, needs, and values to make informed career decisions. They also address real-world challenges - self-doubt, external pressure, emotional hurdles and learn to design their career like a system rather than a random sequence of events.
